Covid-19: Overleaf Psychotherapy follows CDC and New York State Covid-19 guidelines

Confidentiality: All sessions are fully confidential as bound by New York State HIPPA Regulations. Signed consent by the client is required in order to disclose information or communicate with other healthcare providers.

Cancellation Policy: Our cancellation policy requires a 48-hour notice, or at least two business days. For Monday appointments, notice must be given on the Thursday preceding the appointment. Less than 48-hour/one business day notice results in the full charge for the session. This amount is the agreed upon fee for self paying patients. For insurance patients, the fee for late cancellation is $100. Patients are expected to protect their session hour(s) and attend consistently, making arrangements with their clinician as necessary to minimize disruptions due to travel or other events.

Payment: Payment is expected at each session. A privacy-protected card is kept on file.
